Warranty & Return Policy

Hydrosphere Water Gardens sells the highest quality products, however if a product malfunctions or is defective it may be returned within the warranty period for the product.

Most warranty issues can be handled by us however, in some circumstances you may need contact the manufacturer directly.

Defective Merchandise
Please contact us by phone 905-715-2447 or email orders@pondexperts.ca before returning any product.
If an item is defective, the customer is responsible for returning the defective and covering the shipping charges to return the item to us. To receive a replacement item, the customer must pay to have the replacement item shipped back to them.  There is no warranty or returns for UV Bulbs

Non-Defective Merchandise
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item you receive, you can return the product for a full refund of product price. Please contact us by phone 905-715-2447 or email orders@pondexperts.ca before returning any product.

Returns will be accepted for non-live items that:

  • Are returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Are unused and in original packaging
  • Include all manuals, instructions, warranty registration cards and parts

Special Order Items:

  • Special order items may be returned, but are subject to a 25% surcharge.

When returning merchandise please use original packing materials to insure that the item arrives undamaged. Hydrosphere Water Gardens can not be responsible for items damaged while being returned to us.
