PondMaster ClearGuard Pressurized Pond Filters keep your pond clean and clear with dual-action biological and mechanical filtration. Clearguard filters utilize uniquely designed bioballs as the main filter media which allow for quick and easy backwashing. These bioballs also have a large surface area to house beneficial bacteria to provide excellent biological filtration to maintain optimum water quality as well as mechanical filtration. For occasional removal of fine debris, simply add the reusable filter pad to polish the water. These filters can easily be added to new or existing ponds to effectively lower ammonia and nitrite levels in the water. With room for 1 or 2 optional UV Clarifiers, ClearGuard Pressurized Pond Filters controls green water in the pond providing maximum water clarity and a healthier pond.
