A Field-Tested, Field-Proven System for Filtering Large Ponds and Water Features.

The Aquascape Large Centipede® Module sits at the lowest point of the wetland filter and helps to efficiently remove sediment, decreasing maintenance and increasing water quality. Wetland filtration is designed to help strip excess nutrients from the water, tackling issues that commonly plague large-scale water features. The Large Centipede® Module is modular in design and works on both earth-bottom and lined ponds, allowing for installation on a wide variety of projects. The Centipede® Module is easily retrofitted into existing ponds and is ideal for use with the Aquascape Large Snorkel® Vault and Cap.

Features:

  • To be used with Large Snorkel Vault (29064)
  • 67" L x13" W x 10.5" T

When combined with an Aqquascape Snorkel Vault, one or more Centipede Modules can be configured to create a large wetland filter to effectively filter large pond and water features up to 80,000 gallons.

Wetland Filter Features:

  • Highly effective at removing sediment (suspended solids) from the pond
  • Easily access collected sediment with the Snorkel™ Vault, reducing the need for costly and invasive dredging
  • Improves water clarity
  • Works on earth bottom and liner membrane ponds
  • Strips excess nutrients from the water column, reducing algae and the physical and chemical maintenance that goes along with removing algae
  • Easily retrofitted onto existing ponds
  • Create a waterfall and stream by designing the wetland filter system off the perimeter of the pond
