Yagoro koi farm is located in Takezawa region of Niigata prefecture and is run by owner Hoshino. Although the farm is a medium size, they produce many nice varieties. They sell most of their koi to dealers in Japan, so they are not as well known in North America as other breeders. They are well known for varieties of koi such as Kujaku, Shiro Utsuri, Showa, Kohaku, Ochiba and more.
