Pond aeration kits provide circulation in the pond which increases oxygen levels in the pond and also maintaining a hole in the ice.
Cold Water Beneficial Bacteria
Cold water beneficial bacteria are designed to work in temperatures under 50 F / 10 C. These beneficial bacteria help maintain optimal water quality through the winter by reducing organic material such as leaves and pond sludge as well as reducing toxic ammonia and nitrite.
